The "Repair Installed System" utility is missing on the installation DVD, both i386 and x86_54 (it was there at least on Milestone 7)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Boot the installation DVD
2. The "Repair Installed System" is missing on the menu
3.
Actual Results:  
As above

Expected Results:  
The "Repair Installed System" should be available on the menu
