When you try to open any files supported by openoffice under kde
on a smb:// uri shemes 
it warn you that you need to open only local files.

The same uri work with koffice.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. launch oowriter
2. file open
3. smb://samba_server/accessible_share/mydocument.odt
4. Error dialog box only local files
Actual Results:  
Fail

Expected Results:  
Success like any file accessible with kio
Should have a transparent working under any opendesktop env.

This are the case from to long
Obligate to reopen a bug as asked in #567304
