In openSuSE 11.3 using KDE 4.5 from Distro:/Factory repo I found that Kontact, Kmail, Akregator and some apps in this "family" are only in American English language. I already installed all KDE's spanish localization packages I found on YaST and reset configuration by renaming ~/.kde4 folder but it was useless.
I checked if *.mo files for this apps exist on /usr/share/locale/es/LC_MESSAGES/ but only found kontactinterfaces.mo file; so I think is a bug on packaging.
I don't know if this bug exists in other languages.

1.Launch Kontact, Kmail, Akregator,...
Actual Results:  
Everything is in English and cannot change from Help > Change application language
