Dear all,

Twitter has discontinued their standard authentication and switched over to
oAuth exclusively. This causes all standard Twitter Clients to not connect
anymore.

Choqok has a new Beta out (1.0 Beta3), the official version number seems to be
0.9.95. This version includes support for oAuth.

I would like to request packaging of the new version and sending it out for
OpenSUSE 11.2 and 11.3 as an Update. Otherwise the Suse Twitter Client will
be broken at least until Suse 11.4 coming next March.

Kind regards,
Martin Soltau

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create Twitter account
2. Configure Choqok 0.6.6 for the account
3. Start Choqok 0.6.6 and try to connect
Actual Results:
Authentication error reported by Choqok

Expected Results:
Successful login and actual timeline in Choqok
