"zypper patch" installs interactive patches although the "--skip-interactive" command line flag is set.

Steps to Reproduce:
# zypper list-patches

Actual Results:  
zypper installs the kernel patch

Expected Results:  
zypper should have skipped the kernel patch, since it was marked as interactive and the -skip-interactive flag was given in the cammand line

# rpm -q zypper
zypper-1.4.5-1.10.x86_64
