It seems that ctrl-clicking (to emulate right mouse click) does not work.
I had to activate right mouse button under system preferences -> mouse.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. edit any file.cs
2. ctrl-click on an identifier (to access refactoring menu)

Actual Results:
nothing happens.

Expected Results:
should have popped up the refactoring menu.

Same happens for ANY context menu.

workaroud: I enabled the right mouse button in system preferences and it works.
However it seems that sometimes I have to right click twice to get the popups...
