I set my proxy to access the Internet and system settings in yast or zypper via terminal could find access to the internet.
I tried to find the http_proxy environment variable with the command env | grep http and not found it. when I did export http_proxy = http://ip:porta, ran zypper again and the same work.
I think we lack a transfer available with KDE and YaST and zypper.
