When building OpenCasCade for 11.4, RPMlint says "devel file in non-devel package" only for 32-bit buld dispite the set of files packaged is the same for 32-bit and 64-bit architecture. For 11.3 there is no error or warning whatsoever.

This has been fixed in 11.4-RC1

Following your link above, both 586 & x86_64 builds have the same warning you mention.
