It is not possible to configure KDE special printers in openSuSE.  In particular, it is not possible to send a fax from Okular; only Save as PostScript/PDF are enabled.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. { kcmshell4 printer; }
Actual Results:  
  1. Plugin "Printer" not found.

Expected Results:  
  2. As described at The KDE print framework (overview) [1]
