There's a pb that I can't match why 

PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library '/usr/lib64/php5/extensions/intl.so' - /usr/lib64/php5/extensions/intl.so: undefined symbol: grapheme_extract_count_iter in Unknown on line 0



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Factory
2. Install All php5 extension
3. start php -i
Actual Results:  
errors 

Expected Results:  
no errors

I've also apc lastest version 3.1.6 loaded
