If to start Yast and there is an error on one of the repo servers (i.e. if it's down), Yast reports error and asks what to do, skip or abort. The choice does not work however: anyway it's aborted and no repositoriaes are connected, even those which had no errors. To use other repos one have to manually disable the problematic repo in the repo list.

Reproducible: Always
