If I run yast2 repositories on a fully patched openSUSE 11.3, click 'Add', and then select 'Community Repositories', it lists "Main Repository (DEBUG)" which refers to 

  http://download.opensuse.org/debug/distribution/11.3/repo/oss/

but it does not list the corresponding debuginfo repository for updates which lives at

  http://download.opensuse.org/debug/update/11.3/
