Although LibreOffice 3.3.1, included in Feb 23 RC2 preview build uses the new icon set & about art, the icons in XDG menus are still the old OO.o ones.

Please see attached screenshot.

Hi Petr, do we have a plan to update the icons? Thanks!
Comment 2 Petr Mladek 2011-03-21 16:06:42 UTC
Great catch! I will solve this with an update to LO-3.4.
Comment 3 Bjørn Lie 2011-09-10 08:16:42 UTC
Did this update ever happen?

I'm on 12.1 M5, and far as I can tell, it's still the openoffice icons beeing used.

LO-3.4 packaging has been quite complicated because I had to completely rework the packages. They have been accepted into Factory last week. Unfortunately, it took too long to accept them (license review), so they are not buildable again because of another change in Factory. I will do my beast to fix it ASAP but I do not promise anything. Factory is too living project and LO is too big and prone for build breakages.

Bjørn, if this bug is your most annoying problem, you are lucky man.

It is fixed in LibreOffice 3.4 and available now.
