Yes, please, do so. Make it a requirement.
It took me hours to find a solution until I found this bug.
Or if some dev jumps in, make Bluedevil throw a warning whenever the user tries to send a file to a device, like "Sending files through bluetooth requires obexd-client. Install now? [YES, NO]"
*** Bug 691094 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** In KDF bluedevil requires obexd-client. So this bug is fixed, however there is not already the first report (bug 710863) which critizes that evolution-data-server gets dragged in. Lets track this there. |
