python-qt in openSUSE 11.4 is not compatible with python-sip from the same release. Python-qt only supports API 6.0 while python-sip supports APIs 7.0 and 7.1, about which an error message appers when trying to run any application dependent on python-qt.

python-qt is not part of OpenSUSE. It is a mistake. Closing.
