(summary line is sufficient).  This is with KDE 4.6 on openSuSE 11.4

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Configure Desktop --> Input Devices --> Touchpad --> Automatic Touchpad control
2.Select option to automatically disable touchpad when there is another mouse
3.Connect a USB mouse, and see whether the touchpad is disabled
Actual Results:  
Touchpad continues to work

Expected Results:  
Touchpad should be disabled
