I can confirm this. mc.hint is also missing. look like in mc, the help and hint files where moved from /usr/share/mc to /usr/share/mc/help and /usr/share/mc/hint. These two ne folders are empty I can confirm this as well. Also, local hostname and current working directory are not displayed under the left panel for non-root users. I can confirm the hostname/path problem, but in my opinion it is not missing, but invisible. Sometimes afer a "ls" command one can see the contents of this line for a short time. The hostname/path problem seems to depend on something in the user's environment. When I su to another user account on my machine, and start mc, then hostname/path are displayed correctly. Should be fixed by submit rq #64881 (waiting in OBS queue). Duplicate with #718409 *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 718409 *** |
