Running applications as "root" breaks Oxygen style.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in as normal user using KDE
2. Execute an application as "root": "kdesu dolphin" or simply "yast"
Actual Results:  
The application doesn't use the Oxygen widget style but another style that doesn't integrate well.

Expected Results:  
The application should use the Oxygen widget style.
