After upgrading from 11.3 to 11.4 on a Dell Latitude D820 splashy returns the error: "Splashy ERROR: Couldn't splashy_start_splashy(). Error -10"

Running splashy test starts rendering the image but fails on running completely through and returns as well the error: Splashy ERROR: Couldn't splashy_start_splashy(). Error -10"
