There is no indication of scribus being installed on the system, it can however be run via Alt-F2 -> scribus.

ln -s /usr/share/scribus/icons/scribus.png /usr/share/pixmaps/
ln -s /usr/share/mimelnk/application/vnd.scribus.desktop /usr/share/applications/

this fixes it.

Update released for 11.4 and 12.1. Resolved fixed.
