kpackagekit never shows any updates available although pkcon get-updates does show som eupdates, including security updates. While pkcon get-updates gets the repo list etc. one can see the corresponding kpackagekit icon in the systray.

Using systemsettings > software does also show the updates.

I think this is due to using suspend to disk and maybe also zypper up which tells packagekitd to quit. It should resume afterwards though.
