Description Harald Koenig 2011-04-05 09:06:17 UTC
after upgrade from 11.3 to 11.4, my 1st try to run isax:

harald > isax
Can't locate XFree.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/share/sax/modules /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.12.3/x86_64-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.12.3 /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.12.3/x86_64-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.12.3 /usr/lib/perl5/5.12.3/x86_64-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/5.12.3 .) at /usr/sbin/isax line 17.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /usr/sbin/isax line 17.

harald > rpm -qf /usr/sbin/isax
sax2-tools-8.1-600.1.x86_64

"pin XFree.pm" does not show any rpm providing XFree.pm

not my playground anymore
Comment 2 Stefan Dirsch 2011-04-12 09:33:43 UTC
SaX2/isax is no longer in use since openSUSE 11.3. The only reason why this sax2-tools subpackage still exists is some tool still used by YaST (but it is not isax!). Any reasons why you're trying to run it?
Comment 3 Stefan Dirsch 2011-09-01 10:47:19 UTC
Apparently there are now reasons to run it. ;-)
