When a large number of packages, if you have to skip any packages at any time in the installation, the detail pane's scrollbar stops updating its position and stays at the current point of the screen. If you attempt to drag it back to the end to watch the package progress, it jumps right back to the point where it "hung".

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select a large number of packages from YaST2 Qt, preferably ones that might not be in the repo any longer.
2. When the install runs, skip the ones that are missing.
3. See the scroll bar cease being at the bottom of the pane, but rather follow to the middle of the screen and "stick" there.
