If there is a problem with a package when installing with the software management module, you are given the option to skip the package. You are given a warning saying this may make the system unstable. However, it doesn't actually skip that one package, instead it downloads all the packages, then aborts the installation before any packages are installed.

This means that if you are doing a large update, and one minor package has an error, you can't just skip it and continue on. It also means the button is misleading, since skipping implies that the rest of the installation process continues, while only part of the installation continues. Further, if you didn't want to continue the installation, there is already an "abort" button that lets you stop the installation.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start the software management YaST2 module
2. Install a bunch of programs.
3. While one program is installing, disconnect your network connection. Wait for an error message to pop up.
4. Plug your network connection back in.
5. Click "skip" in the error message
6. Let the process finish
Actual Results:
The rest of the packages are downloaded, but nothing is installed

Expected Results:
The rest of the packages are downloaded, and everything that is successfully downloaded is installed.
