When attempting to setup a ra73usb WiFi card YaST does not automatically install the required firmware, despite that it's freely distributed in the kernel-firmware package

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Plug in ra73usb WiFi adapater
2. Enter YaST > Network Card

Actual Results:
A message about installing firmware is shown

Expected Results:
A prompt to INSTALL the firmware should be shown, e.g. like when entering yast2 samba-server when the smbd packages are not installed.

I think this is happening with other WiFi cards and even on openSUSE 11.4:

Is this still an issue with the latest openSUSE release?
