hal and PolicyKit are deprecated in favor of udisks and polkit.

ivman: still lists hal in it's build requires. The goal is to finally get rid of hal for the next openSUSE release. Please port your package to udisks/polkit.

ivman development has stopped over 4 years ago, so I think it's at the time to finally get rid of it.
