hal and PolicyKit are deprecated in favor of udisks and polkit.

kdebase3 still lists hal in it's build requires. The goal is to finally get rid of hal for the next openSUSE release. Please port your package to udisks/polkit.

no way. we rather drop kdebase3 - only kdewebdev3 and kscope buildrequire it.
