hal and PolicyKit are deprecated in favor of udisks and polkit.

ntfs-config still lists hal in it's build requires. The goal is to finally get rid of hal for the next openSUSE release. Please port your package to udisks/polkit.

I think we can safely drop this package, as we mount ntfs partitions with write support by default now, I guess.
