hal and PolicyKit are deprecated in favor of udisks and polkit.

sax2 still lists hal in it's build requires. The goal is to finally get rid of hal for the next openSUSE release. Please port your package to udisks/polkit.

Stefan could you take over this one ?
I think you can safely remove this build requirement. imho this was only
needed because long time ago sax2 has it's own version of libhd but that
has changed
