hal and PolicyKit are deprecated in favor of udisks and polkit.

telepathy-stream-engine still lists hal in it's build requires. The goal is to finally get rid of hal for the next openSUSE release. Please port your package to udisks/polkit.

This package is actually not needed anymore. I filed 72201 to drop it.
