hal and PolicyKit are deprecated in favor of udisks and polkit.

wine still lists hal in it's build requires. The goal is to finally get rid of hal for the next openSUSE release. Please port your package to udisks/polkit.

fixed already by losing a feature though. Code still need to be ported to udisks.
