Hi Greg, I already added a picture for the kernel errors in the first post I did. See the bottom of the bugreport: Attachments Kernel errors (1.19 MB, image/gif) 2011-06-11 20:29 UTC, Gert-Jan van Raamsdonk Details View All View All Add an attachment There you find a photo of the error. I also tested it again on a clean computer with the same result I use the 64 bit version of Opensuse 11.4 and tried HPLIP version 3.11.5-32.1 and 3.11.5-1.3.1. I have a HP printer Photosmart B109n Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.start up the printer 2.go to graphic mode of text mode 3.Power off printer and see the Kernel errors in text mode Computer crashes Actual Results: The kernel crashes and I have to power down the computer Expected Results: Don't crash like with kernel 2.26.37-6 I have two options: Remove the USB cable from the printer, power off the printer and reinsert the cable again --> No problems With the cable connected I power off the printer and then I See kernel errors as shown in the image. I did it with a lot of software installed and with a clean installation
