Systemd was changed today to mount /run without noexec, to allow tools
like obs to continue running stuff from /var/run.

We should drop the noexec from:
  /lib/mkinitrd/scripts/boot-start.sh
too.

Separate bug will follow for aaa_base.

Forgot to close this, fixed by commit e73e1f7d3fb22cfd3d4ff2d7f4c6e2ee092d44a8.
