PolicyKit is deprecated in favor of polkit. The goal is to finally
get rid of PolicyKit for the next openSUSE release. Please port your package to polkit.

I have already created a new rubgem-polkit1 package which will replace the old one. But as webyast on 12.1 is still working with the old one we still need this package for 12.1

Closing cause rubygem-polkit can be dropped completely when PolicyKit will be dropped.
