Description Felix Miata 2011-08-05 15:51:45 UTC
+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #674919 +++

Version information is useless during installation, while summary column, arguably the most important information about a package, initializes much too narrow, and often springs back to the narrow initial width while attempting to adjust it or other columns.
Comment 1 Thomas Göttlicher 2011-08-19 13:54:43 UTC
It would add complexity if we had to distinguish whether the package selector is shown while installation or at the running system. That makes testing complicated and is a risk for bugs. Moreover the version column is also useful while installation.
