After upgrading to 4.7.0, I noticed that konsole is no longer sending SIGWINCH signals. 

lxterminal, xterm, and others still do.

This is a major issue.

Would you mind reporting this upstream. It is much more likely to get attention there.

It probably is, and I've tested the fix, too.
It seems to work.
