Description Gary Ching-Pang Lin 2011-08-09 03:43:03 UTC
Gnome3 provides options for the power button, but the system was shut down immediately even though I chose "Ask me".

The acpid script /usr/lib/acpid/power_button will leave the control to gnome-power-manager if it exists in the system. However, gnome-power-manager became a plugin of gnome-settings-daemon, so there is no such process anymore. Thus the script has to be updated.

The patch for acpid was submitted to Base:System and accepted. Closing this bug.
