The sysstat package includes an init script (/etc/init.d/boot.sysstat). However, this init script is not configured to start automatically upon package installation (insserv is not run?).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. sudo zyppe in sysstat
2. ls -la /etc/init.d/boot.d/*sysstat
3.
Actual Results:
No symlinks in /etc/init.d/boot.d/*sysstat

Expected Results:
Symlinks in /etc/init.d/boot.d/*sysstat
