Description Egbert Eich 2011-08-16 13:17:05 UTC
When finishing the installation the screen turns blank and the system hangs immediately after pressing 'Trust' or 'Cancel' in the pgp key dialog.
Logging in from remote the last lines that appeared in /var/lob/YaST/y2log before locking up were:
2011-08-16 14:42:02 <1> sles11(3920) [ui] YPushButton.cc(setRole):172
Guessing function key F10 for YPushButton "Trust" at 0x7f215c0c3c68 from
button role YOKButton
2011-08-16 14:42:02 <1> sles11(3920) [ui] YPushButton.cc(setFunctionKey):204
Guessing button role YCancelButton for YPushButton "Cancel" at
0x7f215c11b128 from function key F9
After a reboot the lines after this had a time stamp that was several minutes further which shows that these were really the last lines written.
Booting in failsafe mode the lockup doesn't occur, instead YaST2 dies with a Sig11 writing to the console the lines:
YaST got signal 11 at YCP file SignatureCheckIalogs.ycp:941
 /usr/lib/YaST2/startup/YaST2.call: line 284: 3940 Segmentation fault [...]

Not sure why the system would hang in the non-falisafe when YaST2 gets a sig11,
so these observations may well be two independent bugs.

This is a factory version after milestone 3.
