I´ve brought openSUSE12.1 to the repros of:

http://download.opensuse.org/factory-tested/repo/... (all from 18.8.2011)

There are some problems with yast2 Add-On Products.
I´ve downloaded the Add On cd from:

http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/12.1-Milestone3/iso/openSUSE-Addon-NonOss-BiArch-Build0136-i586-x86_64.iso

mount it and started yast2 Add-On Product -> add -> cd.
It get the cd as additional software repro on, but the yast2 GUI dialog is flashing up and down a bit during this operation.

After getting the cd repro on it is shown as "Repository" in the yast2 dialog Installing Software/Software Sources. This is not a good name, because you can not identify it at a glance, when there are some other repros.
-> Please chanche this to "Add On CD" or something similar, so the user has a direct association to what is done just before.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Download the Add On Cd
2.mount it
3.start yast2 Add On Products
4.add -> cd
5.confirm that the cd is in(must that be??!)
5.see the flashing dialog
6.see the name "Repository" when it get finished in the list of software sources

Also the Add On cd is not shown in the yast2 Add On Product dialog after finishing all.

Um, it looks you added a wrong repository by mistake. If you download an ISO you need to add it via AddOn -> Local ISO Image.

If you have the ISO already mounted you can use AddOn -> Local Directory. But make sure the ISO is mounted whenever you start the package manager (otherwise you will see an error message at the initialization). Therefore the Local ISO Image option should be preferred...
