No F1 help in Midnight Commander. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.(re)install the package mc (midnight commander)
2. mc from the cammand line 
3. F1 (help) key.

Actual Results:  
The result is an error message: 

Cannot open file /usr/share/mc/help/mc.hlp 
No such file or directory(2)


Expected Results:  
Seeing the usual help screen.

Looking in the file list of this package in yast I can confirm that the file is missing from the package.
