User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:7.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/7.0.1

No matter what you set the form to in both the printer driver and the job submission, printing from Firefox to Generic Postscript printer ALWAYS sends the job to the printer requesting "plain-exec", next to A4, that is THE MOST USELESS FORM ON THE PLANET.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install a fully functioning generic postscript printer
2.print any web page from firefox
3.
Actual Results:
Job arrives at printer demanding "plain-exec" be loaded.

Expected Results:
Job should print on default form which is "letter"

This appears to impact all printing from firefox.

Looks similar as bug #707768
perhaps both have the same root-cause?
