The table of contents is generated with align=justify. This can lead to unwanted results, e.g.

Part III A very long headline that just fits the line

I fixed the TOC and it seems the reported behavior doesn't appear anymore. Can you test this with the latest version?

Ok, after verifying with Frank, this error doesn't appear anymore. Closing as fixed.
