opensuse 12.1 Yast CA certificates does not work:

Error while creating client module ca_mgm

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Yast
2.Click CA certificate item

Actual Results:  
Error while creating client module ca_mgm

Expected Results:  
To be able to make a CA certificate

New installation of opensuse 12.1

Should read:

'Yast CA Management'

Not:

'Ýast ca certificates'

Bug can be reproduced on bith 64 and 32 bit systems.
