I guess installing kate instead of kile should also help. Can you please test this? If yes, this can be closed as duplicate of bug 729168. There a fix is already prepared and an online update is pending. Yes, works! Actually i installed kile and kate together by the time kdevelop did not start. After that it worked, but it does not work if only kile is added. I tested this now. So yes, kdevelop should require kate only. The kile package ist not required for kdevelop4 to be installed. Thus, when only installing kdevelop4, launching is impossible ('System Configuration Error'), whereas installing kile additionally solves this issue.
