yast2-control-center-qt preferences should change and sync when KDE options are set to double-click to open application icon.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set KDE mouse settings to double-click
2. Open YAST
3. Click on application icon
Actual Results:
Applications open with single-click.

Expected Results:
Applications open with double-click.

It's great for the default in YAST-qt to be single-click, as that is the default in KDE Plasma Desktop. However the preferences should carry over.

YaST2 is independent to from KDE. yast2-qt is a pure Qt application.
