scpm was dropped and reborn as Philippe promised to maintain it for openSUSE. That promise did not include yast2 code Well, I can keep maintaining yast2 code as long as the library api remains status needinfo, but I do no see a question ?? anyway, who needs to be convinced that this is an essential for laptop users ? shouldn't the SuSE people be interested to keep this alive ? (SLED needs this :-) ) it's a great tool, but you cant give it to folks without a working interface....... bump The question is probably for maintainer: Philippe, do you keep scpm API, so I can continue maintaining yast2-profile-manager? Yes, the API for scpm hasn't changed (and I now know who I need to talk to if there ever is a need to change it ;-) ). OK, I've submitted yast2-profile-manager to Factory again created request id 103470 This is an autogenerated message for OBS integration: This bug (741133) was mentioned in https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/103470 Factory / yast2-profile-manager |
