While trying to install some software through 1-Click Installer on a Network that requires a proxy (properly configured in YaST2), the installer fails to refresh the repositories (doesn't use the proxies defined).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Get a system that can only access to the internet through a proxy server
2.Try to install a piece of software through YaST's 1-Click Installer Meta Handler

Actual Results:
YaST fails to refresh the repositories (doesn't use the defined proxies)

Expected Results:
The software should refresh the repositories
