autoupdater: allow filtering updates

Which means user should be able to set
[x] security
[x] severe bugs
[ ] important
[ ] minor patches

such options, which would mean, that AU would show AND notify only patches from selected categories, and non selected would be ignored -- while notifying user, and when showing summary.

Packages-patches from non-selected categories would be still available directly using Yast.

Reproducible: Always
