History parsing is slow and unreliable but installed-by-data are needed to improve solver results and cleanup of unneded packages.

A standalone data file in /var/lib/zypp is desired.

Also a zypper option to tag/untag packages as autoinstalled.

/var/lib/zypp/AutoInstalled was introduced for SLE12 / 13.2
TODO: zypper command
